Nomads easy winners

Nomads won on Sunday by over 200 runs in an unfortunate mismatch on a beautiful sunny afternoon.Jeremy Lascelles,Andy hill,Ian Kibble and Nathan Lamb all tucked into the indifferent bowling and with extras passing 50 too our total was 339-2 off 40 overs by the fixed time tea.Nathan Lamb had finished on 97 not out. South Manor Park reached 125 mainly through a last wicket partnership of 35 runs. A fuller report and full scorecard will shortly appear in the web site.

Unfortunately Arshad Khan(injured) and Richard Fanthorpe(ill) had to drop out on Sunday morning but two youngsters played for us and seemed to enjoy themselves.

Subsequently this club merged with Smallfield CC to form Smallfield Manor CC
