The AGM was held at The Cheshire Cheese Restaurant Fleet Street on Thursday October 19th at 8.45 pm with the President Mr AH Linford in the Chair.

It was agreed that the Club Rules as of November 11th 1910 be re-installed and the club colours chosen at the SGM November 12th 1910 be retained.

It was agreed to hold at dinner early in the New Year the price tobe 5/- or 6/-(25p or 30p in modern money).
