Rain thwarted Nomads ambitions on June 27th.
At Eton we declared after 49 overs with notable contributions from Paul Wakefield, Nigel Kees and Mark Olivier which should have left us around 55 overs to bowl the Ramblers out, hopefully!. Unfortunately a few moments after Mark Olivier had clean bowled a Ramblers opener with the first ball of his 2nd over so the heavens opened up and the game was eventually called off. This was a very frustrating end to an otherwise splendid day with excellent hospitality from the Ramblers.
Last year's match with Ramblers was drawn..Scorecard & Report.
