This was a joint team of  mostly Nomads  plus some Romany and played at Cheam CC. Unfortunately the Kerala Veterans turned out to be pretty weak with one ex Test Player and we had quite a strong eleven. They won the toss and batted which was a pity. Kermani received a lot of 'Lip' from wicket keeper Keith Alexander but since it was all in Hindi the rest of us were none the wiser.
