A fine big hitting innings from Gautam Menon with supporting roles from Jemile and Sean seemed to have set Nomads onwards to a big total. However the tight bowling of Clark caused the innings to falter so it took a vital 8th wicket stand between Dominic Ramjag and Chris Page to get Nomads to decent score.


Templars replied with a series of cameos but wickets fell steadily. Then a 7th wicket stand of 49 between Clark and Cameron seemed to be taking Templars to victory. However Page and Budgen took two wickets apiece and suddenly Templars challenge has fizzled out some twenty runs short of victory.
